Handy-Andy (sleepy): Am I dreaming or what?? What is the loud music so late at night? (he is trying to listen for a few minutes, the music is getting louder, we can hear very clear “tyts-tyts-tyts”, voices) (sighs heavily) Oh...Now I have to get up and find out what is going on there…
We see in frame - There are two racing cars near Handy-Andy’s house. Their windows are open; we can hear loud music, man’s voices and laugh from there.
Handy-Andy (annoyed): Did you look at your watch, guys?! It’s forbidden to turn on the music so loud at this time! You are going to wake the whole district up!

Engines roar, racing cars turn around and go pass Handy-Andy and police officer very fast.

Handy-Andy ran away, his garage is opening, there is Handy-Andy in his cabriolet Hot Wheels.
Police officer (surprised): Wow! Is it your car, Handy-Andy?! Also Hot Wheels?! Wow Wow Wow! So lets chase those hooligans then! We cannot waste even a minute!
